At RPS, we understand and respect your concern about the
privacy of any information you supply while at our website. We believe that knowledge
is the key to monitoring and protecting how your information is used on the
Internet. This statement sets forth the RPS Privacy Policy and describes the
practice RPS follows with respect to all visitors to this website.
Children
Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to
use this website unsupervised and we ask that children do not register for an
account or submit any personal information to us. By using this site unsupervised,
and/or registering for an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or

Personal Information
RPS collects certain personal information from users of this
website. Guests are required to provide certain personal information in order
to access images, and authorized users must provide certain contact and account
information such as name, email address, billing address, and phone number in
order to access and download images. RPS may use certain account information
such as credit card number and company information of authorized users to
conduct credit inquiries. RPS uses this information for internal purposes (to
process your order and any invoices, to maintain or update your RPS account, or
to send you updates about special offers, new services, special promotions, and
noteworthy news and events). RPS does not sell or rent information about its
customers to third parties .
RPS is engaged by third party partners to manage
subscription services. Subscribers are required to have a username and password
that is issued by the partner to access the service and download RPS licensed
images. RPS will share back subscriber usage information such as how many
images were downloaded with the partner for the purpose of managing the
service.
Profile Information
Your profile information (such as company type and language
preference) in the registration form is used by RPS to create personalized
content, services, and advertising on the RPS website. RPS may also profile
your website activity in order to accurately track your account and provide you
with RPS products and services that correspond to your interests. RPS may also
compile data in aggregate form so that we may better understand the users that
are visiting our site. For example, we may produce reports on the most popular
search terms by collecting general search term data based on individual
searches. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal
information that identifies a user.
Automatically Collected Information
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information
automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet

identify the user's computer. Cookies allow RPS to make its website more useful
by storing information about your preferences. For example, RPS will send your
computer a cookie to maintain default settings such as your language

may prevent you from accessing all of the features of the RPS website. Additionally,
this website may use clear GIFs, or pixel tags, provided by our adserving
company to help manage our online advertising. These clear GIFs provide our
adserving company with the ability to recognize a browser's cookie when a
browser visits this site. This allows us to learn which banner ads bring users
to our website. The information we collect and share through this technology is
not personally identifiable (it does not include your name, address, telephone

in managing the licensing of our images. This third party uses clear GIFs, a
tiny 1x1 pixel GIF, to digitally watermark our images, in both a visible and
invisible manner. When you purchase a licensed image from us, the visible
watermark is then removed from the image, however, in certain lower resolution
images, an invisible watermark may remain, allowing RPS and the third party to
track certain usage of such images on the Internet.
E-mail
RPS does not rent or sell e-mail lists. RPS may send you
e-mail to notify you about your recent order; this will be sent to the e-mail
address you provide to RPS. RPS offers
its members the choice to not receive e-mails or updates about special
benefits, promotions, or offers from RPS. If you no longer wish to receive
these updates, or you wish to unsubscribe from RPS membership, please complete
the Contact Us form on our Professional Licensing website and let us know in
the comments section that you would like to be removed from the mailing list.

Please be aware that the RPS website may contain links to
other sites that are covered by their own privacy policies. RPS is not
responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and we encourage our
users to be aware when they leave our site. We recommend that our users read
the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally

Changes of RPS' Online Privacy Policy
RPS reserves the right to change our online privacy policy.
However, we shall not do so without posting those changes on the RPS website.
If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a
manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify
